We are all going through unprecedented times.

Many businesses are dealing with uncertainty of trade and the added complication of how to continue to operate with staff who are off sick or isolating due to sickness in the family. At Triton, we have been working with clients needing flexible solutions to access DB2 expertise for many years and one of our core services, RemoteDBA, continues as normal. Whilst our current customers have been affected in various ways, they have the assurance that their database systems are in safe hands. We in turn feel a sense of pride that our customers have one less thing to worry about.

When we first launched our RemoteDBA offering many years back, one of the key questions to organisations that already had a DBA was “Do you have a robust contingency plan for when your DBA is not available?” This question would probably resonate more during these times when core staff availability may unfortunately be at risk. We are continuing to support our customers with a range of flexible solutions to provide DB2 expertise during these challenging times.
